Dementia Voice PL12’s regular walking group is going strong, and has a great selection of routes lined up over the coming weeks.

Our walking group enables people affected by dementia to enjoy the benefits of walking, with the support of trained Walk Leaders. We plan safe routes for taking a scenic stroll at a comfortable pace, providing transport to and from our the destination.
We have a number of walks planned on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month:
6th February – Central Park, Plymouth
20th February – Plymouth
6th March – Kit Hill
20th March – Roborough Downs, Yelverton
3rd April – Hannafore Point, Looe
17th April – Seaton

Dementia Drop In Café
This regular group meets up every Tuesday from 10am until 1pm at the Community Hub at 4 Fore Street. It’s open to anyone with dementia, along with their friends or family, so please feel welcome to drop by for tea, cake and a chat!
Our special group for services veterans affected by dementia takes place at the SHADO Centre, on Plougastel Drive in Saltash, every other Saturday from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. Upcoming dates for this are: 2nd February, 16th Feb, 2nd March, 16th March and 30th March.
