18 Belle Vue Road
A balance of social and commercial office space in the centre of town

Who are we?
Community Enterprises PL12 is the operating name for Saltash Gateway Community Interest Company.
We are a membership organisation run by volunteers for the benefit of the whole community.
Everyone involved in Community Enterprises PL12 lives or works locally in and around Saltash. Together we aim to have a real impact on the quality of local life. We love where we live but we believe that, as an active group, we can make living in the PL12 area even better.

We are always looking for ways to improve facilities and services in the area. Current projects include a daily market, a monthly local food producers’ market, a loyalty card for local shoppers and a community bus to connect outlying areas with the town centre and beyond.
We also run an advice service to help volunteers find suitable placements with local organisations. Our market offers the perfect space for anyone to try out new retail ideas in a low cost, low risk setting. Stalls can be hired by the day, up to a month ahead.
All our projects are based at 4 Fore Street, open Tuesdays to Saturdays. Just call in for a chat. Each of our projects grew from an idea someone had to improve opportunities in and around Saltash. Do you have an idea which could become our next project? We are always looking for people to join our active team of volunteers.
